How this report is built
- Deliverables are the schedule's own WBS nodes, rolled up at the level you choose in the toolbar. Weight = each deliverable's share of total baseline duration-hours (or budgeted cost, when cost data is present).
- Dependencies are the strongest real predecessor links between deliverables, from the file's activity relationship table (TASKPRED).
- RAG status, bottleneck scoring, and the SPI-adjusted trend forecast are dashboard-side calculations, clearly separated from data read directly out of the file (dates, % complete, activity counts, cost).
- Editing status/% in the Progress tab only changes this in-browser session. Nothing is saved anywhere — reload or upload a new file to start fresh.
